Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
Serves 2-3
Preheat the oven 425 F
For the Chicken Breast
2-3 Chicken Breasts
1 sliced Onion
Avocado oil
Himalayan salt
Black pepper (use plenty, it will give nice flavor)
Dill
1/2 lemon
Garlic powder (optional)
2-4 Tbsp Heavy Whipped Cream

1. Pound 2 chicken breasts lightly. Wash it, pat it dry. Cut in half if you wish.
2. Pour some avocado oil in the glass dish or any other baking dish. Place sliced onion and chicken in the dish. Add salt and pepper, dill and garlic powder, lemon zest and lemon juice. Mix it well using your hands. Pour heavy whipped cream over chicken.
3. Cook for 15-20 min, until the juices are clear when you pierce with a fork. The thermometer should show 160-170 degrees.
Serve with Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Green Onions.
