Spicy Green Beans, Bell Peppers and Onions

Serves 3

1 bag of Green Beans
7 mini colorful Bell Peppers or 1 large one, sliced
1/2 Onion, sliced

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp dry crushed red pepper flakes
Himalayan Salt to your taste
Avocado or Coconut Oil

1. Boil the Green Beans for 1 minute. Rinse them with cold water, drain and press with paper towel.

2. Heat the cast iron pan with your choice of oil. Add the Onion, Green Beans, Bell Peppers. Saute for 5 minutes.

3. Meanwhile make the Soy Sauce by mixing Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar and Red Pepper Flakes.

4. Once the Veggies are done, transfer on the serving plate. Sprinkle some salt and pour soy mix over, stir to coat.

Serve immediately! And Enjoy!
