Garlic Chicken Thighs Quick & Easy

Ingredients:

1 pack/ 1.2 lb/ 5 to 6 skinless boneless chicken thighs

garlic powder 

salt, pepper

olive oil

1/2 cup dry white wine/ broth or water

1 Tbsp unsalted butter

3-4 large garlic gloves minced

Parsley dry or fresh chopped, optional

Instructions:

1. Wash, pat dry and trim the fat from the chicken. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5 min on one side.

3. Turn around and cook for 2 min. Add butter, garlic and parsley and cook for 1 min.

4. Add wine. Turn Up the Heat. Stir the chicken around. Cook for 1 1/2 min or until alcohol smell evaporates.

5. Remove from the heat and serve with the sauce and favorite salad and some sourdough bread on the side.
