Baby Potatoes in 15 minutes in a skillet

 Ingridients:

3 TBsp unsalted butter

 1lb colored organic baby potatoes 

1/2 tsp or slightly less kosher salt & ground black pepper

1 large garlic clove, fine chopped

Kosher Salt & Pepper

3 Tbsp minced fresh parsley

1. Melt butter in a skillet. Add potatoes with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, toss. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 15-20 min. Potatoes should be in one layer. Stir the potatoes from time to time until they are tender.

2. Add the garlic, cook uncovered for 2 min.

3. Take it of the heat. Add a pinch of salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, parsley. Toss well.
