Spicy Oven Roasted Garlic Shrimp with Angel Hair Pasta

Serves 2

For the Shrimp

30-35 pc medium size raw peeled tail-on Shrimp (I buy it in Costco, and then take as much out as I can eat)
1 or 1/2 small Lemon

For the Garlic Sauce

2 Tbsp unsalted Butter
6 finely chopped Garlic cloves
Red Pepper Flakes according to your taste
a pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt and Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Avocado Oil

Sriracha sause optional

Preheat the oven to 400 F

1. Start to boil water for pasta, cook it according to the package directions. (p.s. drop the pasta into the water after you put the shrimp into the oven, so they are ready at the same time)

2. You will need 2 skillets: mini skillet for the garlic sauce  and 10 inch oven proof skillet for the shrimp. I use my iron skillet.

3. Cook Garlic: melt butter in mini skillet. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and olive oil. Sauté for 1 minute.

4. Meanwhile oil the skillet and quickly arrange the shrimp in a circle. Pour the garlic mix onto the shrimp.
Cut lemon in half, squeeze the juice onto the shrimp. Then slice this lemon and put it on the shrimp.
Salt and pepper lightly. Roast for 12-15 minutes.
Now you can put pasta into the boiling water.

Serve hot immediately. If you like it more spicy, it goes well with Sriracha sauce.

Enjoy!
