Broiled Fish Fillets topped with Onions
Serves 2
2 Salmon Fish Fillets (it can be other fish as well ex. Black sea Bass)
Oil
Salt, Pepper to taste
4-6 Thick Onion Slices
1. Preheat the broiler.
2. Oil the broiler. Place the fish on it. Brush the Fillets with oil, salt and pepper, overlap 2-3 onion slices on each fillet.
3. Broil about 8 inches from the heat for 12-15 minutes. If the onions start to blacken, cover with foil.
Enjoy!
You can serve the fish with Spicy Mayonnaise dressing, if your figure allows you.
Mix Mayonnaise with chopped Green Onions and Cayenne pepper.
