PLOV Chicken with Rice

Ingredients:

1 cup long Rice
10-12 pc mix Chicken Wings, Drumsticks and chicken breast (chicken breast alone will be too dry)
4 Carrots
1-2 Onions
1 Garlic Clove
Avocado Oil
Spices: Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Saffran (you can add some Ketchup for kids)

1. Heat the oil in the Dutch Oven. Fry the chicken for 15-20 min on med-high heat. By that time the chicken should be almost done.

2. Add sliced Onions, chopped Carrots, unpeeled Garlic cloves.

3. Add all the spices.

4. Keep frying for another 10-15 min until the vegetables are soft.

5. Now you can add the Rice. Mix everything and add water according to the package instructions. Once boiling, keep the fire on low, cover the dutch oven with a lid and let it simmer for 20 min, without opening the lid.
    (Don't forget to wash the rice really well, otherwise it's going to be sticky. You can even leave the rice in water for awhile).

6. Past 20 min, look if the rice is ready. If there is some water left, close the lid and let it sit for another 5-6 min. If there is some moister left, put the lid aside and let it sit for several more minutes.

7. Mix everything together and the dish is ready to enjoy.
