Spicy Deviled Eggs
6 large Eggs
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp hot Sauce
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Horseradish (optional)
Pickle juice (optional)
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne pepper
Salt

1. Place eggs in a large pan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil. Turn off heat, cover the pan wit a lid and let it sit for 12 min.
Rinse eggs in cold water and peel.
2. Halve the eggs. Scoop the yolk out, place it in a bowl, add mayonnaise, hot sauce and mustard.
Mash it all together. season with salt and pepper.
3. Spoon smooth mixture back into the egg. Sprinkle some cayenne pepper. You can finely chop some chives or green onions for garnish as well.
