Spicy Lemon Garlic Shrimp Summer Pasta

Ingredients;

Organic Pasta or any pasta of your choice
4-5 Garlic Cloves chopped
Olive Oil and Organic Butter
Cayenne Pepper and Red Pepper Flakes
Large Shrimps
2-4 cups Green mix: baby Spinach, baby Kale, baby Chard (from Costco)
Salt & Pepper
Parsley chopped optional
1/2 Lemon

Steps:

1. Cook pasta according to the package instructions.
2. In a large skillet preheat olive oil and 2 Tbsp of butter. Add Garlic and Cayenne pepper, sauté for 40 seconds, avoid burning.
3. Add Shrimp, cook until pink. Salt and pepper. 
4. Add Greens cook for a minute, keep mixing.
5. Add Pasta to the skillet and mix everything well.
6. Sprinkle Parsley and squeeze Lemon Juice. 

Ready to Serve!
