Saute Cabbage


 Ingridients:

2 small cabbage heads, thinly sliced

1-2  red onion, sliced

1 cup green onions, chopped

6 sun-dried tomatoes, rinsed and chopped

EVOO

Salt & Pepper

If you have a big family - make it double.

In a large pan over medium-high heat, cook all the vegetables in olive oil for 10-12 min, until cooked through but not too brown.
