Summer Salad With Chickpeas and Feta

 Ingridients:

1 can 15oz chickpeas, rinsed

6 oz feta, cubed

3-4 Persian cucumbers, chopped

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 orange or yellow bell pepper, diced

1/2 red onion, sliced

2 avacados, cubed

1 cup chopped Italian parsley

1/2 torn basil

Dressing:

1/3 cup olive oil

3 Tbsp red wine vinegar

2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice


2-3 garlig cloves finely chopped

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 


Combine everything together and enjoy!
