Turkey Chili
Ingredients:
2 lb ground turkey
olive oil
2 cups chopped onions
2 Tsp chopped garlic
1 red sweet red pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 Tbsp Oregano
3 Tbsp Chili powder
2 tsp ground Cumin
2 Bay leaves
2 cans (15 oz) diced tomatoes
2 cups chicken broth
1 Tbsp salt & some pepper to taste
2 cans (15 oz) red kidney Beans, well rinsed

1. Heat the olive oil on high in a dutch oven and add the turkey meat. Cook for 5 min until lightly browned, stirring and breaking it into small pieces.
2. Add Garlic, Onions, pepper, celery, JalapeƱo, Oregano, bay leaves, chili powder and Cumin. Stir. Cook for 5 Min.
3. Add tomatoes, Chicken Broth, salt & pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 min. Stir occasionally.
4. Add the beans and cook for 10 min. Stir occasionally.
You can add Lime wedges, sour cream or Cheddar, if desired.
