Broccolini Vegetable Veggie Roasted Tray with Feta
Ingredients:
1 bunch Broccolini, ends trimmed, if thick cut lengthwise
1 - 1 1/2 cup Grape Tomatoes, halved
1 Bell Pepper, cut into rings
1 small Onion, cut in wedges
1 small Lemon, cut into thin rounds (optional)
1 (6-8oz) block Feta, cut into 1/2" or 1/4" blocks

Olive Oil
Salt, Pepper
Garlic Powder
Red pepper flakes
Cumin
Oregano
Real Maple Syrup or Agave Syrup for drizzle (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Combine all the ingredients on a sheet pan, except Feta. Drizzle the olive oil and the rest of the spices. Now place Feta on top.
2. Roast for 15-20 min. You can broil for 1 min.
