Mashed Potatoes for Thanksgiving Dinner
Ingredients:
4 lb Organic Yukon Gold Potatoes - cut
8 Garlic cloves - peeled and halved
1 cup organic Sour Cream
1 cup low sodium Vegetable Broth
2 Tbsp butter or substitute with Milk
Salt and Pepper
Fresh herbs for decor like Chives or Parsley

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Place the diced potatoes and garlic. Cook covered 16-20 min until the potatoes are tenter.
2. Drain the pot. Leave one cup of water on the side in case you need your potatoes juicer. Add the sour cream, vegetable broth and butter. Mash it or use the electric mixer. Season with salt and pepper. Top with the herbs.
