The Best Tuna Sandwich or Salad

Ingridients:


4 cans tuna packed in water drained

1 cup mayonnaise or less to taste

1/3 cup celery finely chopped

2 Tablespoons red onion minced, and couple small slices for serving on the sandwich

2 Tsp sweet pickle relish (or pickles chopped)

Green peas (optional)

1 Tsp fresh lemon juice

1 garlic clove minced

Salt & pepper 


Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients n a medium bowl: tuna mayonnaise, celery, onion, relish, lemon juice, garlic.

2. Stir and season to taste. 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 pepper. Spread on your favorite bread. Serve with a pickle on a side. 

Storage: up to 4 days in the fridge.

Tuna Pasta Salad: add any pasta to the Tuna Mix.

Stuffed Tomatoes: hollow out juicy part and fill with tuna salad for a nice apetizer.
